I have given myself a new task and that is to share all the wonderful cooking that I have been exposed to here in Kosovo. My host sisters and I have made a list of foods that we want to make “how-to” videos for so you can try some for yourself. All of this wonderful cooking is courtesy of my incredible host mother!
